Circular Evening
We cordially invite you to the Circular Evening preceding the Interzero 2025 Environmental Conference, which will take place on June 2. This is an informal get-together, an opportunity to network and establish new business contacts before the main event begins. The integration will take place in the form of a garden party in the immediate vicinity of the Hotel Warszawianka and the Narew River.
The event is an additional fee and is only available with Gold VIP and Silver tickets.

Yes, if the ticket is available in the store.
We offer 4 ticket options to choose from: GOLD VIP Package, SILVER Package, NORMAL Package and BASIC Package. The detailed scope of packages can be found in the ” Ticket package scope” section.
This year we also offer additional ticket variants GOLD VIP and SILVER with entry to the Circular Evening. More information can be found above.
You have a choice:

NO. Tickets are paid.
The exact scope of what the participant receives as part of the purchased ticket can be found in the table “Scope of the ticket package” above and in the regulations ” Conditions of participation” .
The electronic ticket for the conference is availablesent by e-mail after paying the registration, which is a confirmation of participation in the conference. On the day of the conference You should go to the registration point , where tickets will be verified.
You will receive a welcome pack on site on the first day of the conference.
The invoice will be generated after we receive the payment. The document will be sent to you electronically in PDF format to the email address provided when ordering . The VAT rate for conferences is 23%. For non-standard invoices (e.g. with a special title for EU projects, subsidies from the Employment Office, for state-owned enterprises), please contact us at konferencja@interzero.pl on the day of placing the order.
The invoice contains the description “Participation in the Environmental Conference ” along with the order number and ticket name . If you need an invoice according to an individual scheme, write to konferencja@interzero.pl.
