Kamila Kalińczak is a radio and television journalist. She uses her media experience and acquired knowledge during her trainings and workshops on public speaking, self-presentation, communication and the art of writing emails. In addition to training in the company she created, she also hosts many events and galas. The recognition of Kamila's voice is also influenced by the fact that she is a voiceover artist.
An important element of Kamila's work is the format she follows on the Instagram: ĄÊ, in which she pays a lot of attention to the promotion of linguistic correctness, inclusive language and language culture. She is the creator of the educational game ĄĘ, related to these issues. Kamila also addresses important social issues in her online activities, sharing her thoughts and experiences.

In 2020, nominated for the Grand Press award in the specialist journalism category for his article "New heads of Hydra" describing the mechanisms of rubbish mafias.
Agnieszka Oleksyn-Wajda
Legal counsel. Plenipotentiary of the Rector for ESG at Lazarski University. Director of the Institute for Sustainable Development and Environment at Lazarski University.
Agnieszka Oleksyn-Wajda is a doctor of legal sciences and a legal counselor, acting as the Rector's Representative for ESG at Lazarski University. She is also the Director of the Institute for Sustainable Development and Environment and the MBA ESG programme at the same university. Her experience includes directing postgraduate studies in Environmental Law, co-directing postgraduate studies in Law and Management in the Fashion Sector and Law in the Business of New Technologies.
She specialises in issues of responsible consumption, the creation of reliable and authoritative communication on products, services and company activities, as well as in building strategies for responsible business and sustainable development, with a particular focus on the textile sector. Since 2021, she has been an Ambassador for the Climate Pact, designated by the European Commission, and a New European Bauhaus Textile Expert to the European Commission. She is also an Expert of the UN Global Compact Network Poland.
Pawel Sosnowski
Board Agent for Environmental Regulation, Interzero
Long-time employee of the central administration, former head of the Department of Waste Management at the Ministry of Climate and Environment participating in the development of, inter alia, the current legislation on packaging and post-consumer waste management, including the provisions of the Act of 13 June 2013 on packaging and packaging waste management and its subsequent amendments. Expert on waste management. Author of numerous studies on waste management issues.Serves as Board Representative for Environmental Regulation at Interzero since 2023.
Ireneusz Janiczek
J. Brand Manager, SodaStream
He is responsible for co-creating the strategy and communication of the SodaStream brand in Poland, actively supporting the bubble revolution and changing consumer habits. His daily mission is to change the way Poles prepare and drink water and fizzy drinks, abandoning the habit of buying, carrying and throwing away disposable plastic bottles. Its activities focus on creating awareness of a sustainable, convenient and simply better way to drink beverages, swapping disposable bottles for bubbly.
Zbigniew Skowronek
Board representative for new solutions, Interzero
Zbigniew Skowronek is an experienced business development specialist in the waste industry, which he has been involved with for 15 years. Currently, as a board representative of Interzero, he is responsible for creating and implementing the sales strategy for new products, managing the team and building relationships with key customers. His current focus is primarily on solutions, responding to his responsibilities under SUP. Zbigniew Skowronek is a graduate of the Cracow University of Economics, the AGH University of Science and Technology and Central Connecticut State University, where he obtained his MBA.
Pawel Lesiak
Vice-President, Interzero
Paweł Lesiak has more than 20 years of experience in the environmental industry. He is an expert in the field of recovery and recycling of packaging waste and an experienced speaker in the Polish arena. He started his career at Branżowa Organizacja Odzysku S.A., first as a Sales Coordinator, then taking the position of Commercial Director. He is President of the Board of the Foundation for Ecological and Educational Solutions "GREEN". He has been initiating legislative changes in the area of waste management for years. Active participant in working groups at the Ministry of Environment and Climate, the Confederation of Leviathan, PIGO and member of the PIOIRO council.
He has worked at Interzero for more than 10 years. He first fulfilled himself as Regional Director and then as Managing Director. For more than 5 years, he has been Vice President of the Management Board of the Interzero Group. In his role, he is responsible for, among other things, the sale of regulated and non-regulated services, the search for new business opportunities and the establishment of strategic partnerships.
Filip Piotrowski
Baltic Sea Region Manager/Waste Free Oceans
Expert on the circular economy. Involved in projects on legal changes concerning GOZ, in particular extended producer responsibility and deposit systems. Represents the interests of the social side in the legislative process on waste management and environmental protection laws.
Tomasz Patyra
Global Category Director, Stora Enso
Tomasz Patyra is the Purchasing Category Director for secondary raw materials, especially waste paper and multi-material packaging at Stora Enso, responsible for leading the sourcing team in Western and Central Europe as well as Scandinavia. He has many years of experience in the paper industry, the circular economy and the broader concept of recycling. He actively participates in Stora Enso's projects in Europe aimed at actually increasing the processing capacity of secondary raw materials, such as the installation for processing of multi-material packaging in Ostroleka. Graduate of the Warsaw School of Economics.
Agata Ryś
Member of the Management Board, Interzero
Agata Ryś is an experienced sales and environmental professional with over 20 years of experience in the industry. For more than 5 years she held the role of Sales Director at Interzero, where she successfully managed the sales team and developed commercial strategies. Since September 2024, she has been a member of Interzero's Management Board.
Expert in the field of obligations for introducers of packaging, products, batteries and electrical and electronic equipment. She is currently focusing on developing innovative solutions based on digitalisation. She supports clients in creating tailor-made environmental solutions and proposing measures to close the raw material cycle.
Agata Ryś contributes to the development of standards and certification in the packaging industry by serving on the board of PIOIRO, and is also involved in the Foundation for Ecological and Educational Solutions "Green" by serving as a Council Member.
Konrad Nowakowski
Packaging Ecodesign Advisor, President of PIOIRO
Konrad Nowakowski is the President of the Polish Chamber of Packaging Recovery and Recycling, which is currently one of the key business environment organisations implementing tasks in accordance with the concept of extended producer responsibility, bringing together entities from various industries, actively cooperating with governmental and local authorities. On a day-to-day basis, it carries out tasks related to packaging waste management, eco-design and issues related to the Closed Circuit Economy.
Experienced in the practical application and interpretation of environmental legislation, in particular waste laws including product laws. Active in advisory bodies, the Council for Sustainable Food Use and working groups at ministries. Author of numerous publications, implementations and patents in the scientific area of life cycle assessments LCA, environmental footprint PEF, recycling technologies, eco-design and packaging systems.
Krzysztof Ptak

Krzysztof is an experienced Director with over 20 years of experience in the retail and fast moving consumer goods industry. During his career he has worked both in consulting, gaining in-depth knowledge of solutions at the interface of IT and business, and on the side of consumer goods companies managing IT teams, implementation projects or business processes in sales and distribution.
He has managed large-scale projects for global companies in the areas of sales, supply chain, sales marketing and sales representative support. In recent years, he has focused on projects related to e-commerce and bail systems.
Edyta Mantorska
Head of the Environmental Education Team, Interzero
Head of the Environmental Education Team at Interzero, specialist in environmental protection, communication and education. Co-founder of the "Eco without corners" programme and coordinator of numerous campaigns on topics such as sustainable mobility, the impact of air pollution on health, waste management and the promotion of ecological packaging. She combines her knowledge of environmental protection and social communication with practical experience in implementing educational projects. She supports sustainable development by engaging communities and promoting a circular economy. She is a fan of urban cycling mobility and an expert on the topic of children on bikes.
Magdalena Fertsch-Ślęk
Senior Standards Implementation Specialist, GS1 Poland
Magdalena Fertsch-Ślęk began her professional adventure with barcodes in 2008. On a daily basis, she supports companies in the implementation and use of GS1 standards and provides training in their use. She specialises in AIDC data collection and identification technology, as well as in the area of correct product labelling, selection of symbols and numbering methods.

ESG expert at mBank, specialising in the area of the circular economy (GOZ). She has a working knowledge of financing projects for sustainable development. Manager of scientific projects related to circular economy and food waste management. She is the author of numerous scientific publications and articles on the circular economy.
Robert Kowal
Business Development Manager, Interzero
Robert Kowal has been in sales for nine years, initially in the B2C sector, then at Interzero he combined his interest in sustainability with B2B sales. He is currently involved in the development of new sales leads within the Interzero Group as Business Development Manager. He specialises in issues relating to the deposit system, as well as new environmental regulations such as ESG reporting and the planned changes in textile management and Extended Producer Responsibility.
Aga Wilke-Trochymiak
Senior UX Researcher, Allegro
Researcher and service designer for 10 years. Formerly a journalist and editor. Liberal professions: philosopher and psychologist. At Allegro she is involved in delivery experiences and the search for sustainable solutions. She is particularly interested in ways to create sustainable digital products. Graduate of the first edition of the School of Ecopoetics at the Institute of Reportage. Lecturer at the postgraduate course UX Research.
Paulina Górska
Journalist, eco-educator
Paulina Górska according to Influencer Marketing Hub, runs one of the top 10 Polish educational accounts on Instagram. Eco-activist and one of the most influential eco-influencers in Poland. Hosts the podcast "Lepszy klimat" and the programme "Górska o klimacie" in Programme III of the Polish Radio. Previously CEO of one of the companies in the Wirtualna Polska Group. Eco-expert and CSR enthusiast professionally connected with electronic media for over a dozen years.
She has lectured to students at Jagiellonian University, Nicolaus Copernicus University and at postgraduate CSR studies at L. Koźmiński Academy. Expert in the Climate Leadership programme run by the UNEP/GRID Centre.
She has built a community of more than 100,000 people on social media (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok), where she educates daily on topics related to sustainability, ecology, zero waste. Together with a group of several activists, she led and monitored the holding of the Warsaw Climate Panel at the end of 2020. Winner of the international ELLE Style Awards 2020 in the Responsible Fashion category and Sustainability Leader 2021, according to FORBES WOMAN, honoured on the Forbes Women's 100 Women of the Year2021 List. In 2023 she was honoured with the "Green Changer" awards at PRECOP 28 and the Sustainability Architect awards at the United Nations day by the UN Global Compact.
Marta Szymborska

Marta Szymborska has gained experience in an international organisation as well as at universities as a lecturer. She combines practical knowledge with a theoretical foundation.
Raben Group, where she was employed for more than a decade, equipped her with knowledge of corporate management tools, provided her with global know-how and best practices from the 11 countries she was responsible for working with while working at the company's European headquarters. For 7 years, she was the Communications, PR and ESG Manager at GS1 Poland and a member of the GS1 Poland Executive Committee.
Cooperation with universities, as a lecturer in MBA studies, both at the Kaliska Academy, Collegium da Vinci in Poznań, the Warsaw School of Economics (SGH) or the Lazarski University in Warsaw, allowed her to learn the optics, challenges and needs of many Polish managers. She defended her doctoral thesis on the influence of ESG strategy on brand image. Graduate of a two-year EMBA programme. Jan Semmler

Jan Semmler joined Interzero in 2023, bringing experience gained from several start-ups and a consultancy project on the circular economy. He initially worked as a project manager at Interzero Plastics Recycling before moving to the newly created Key Account Management department within the Interzero Group. In this position, Jan is responsible for managing and developing strategic relationships with Interzero's key clients, applying a holistic and international approach to partnerships and development in the circular economy.

Piotr Mazurek
Closed-cycle economy expert, Lewiatan Confederation
Piotr Mazurek is an expert on the Closed Loop Economy, who also has many years of experience in public relations and public affairs. During his career, he has worked mainly on projects related to waste management and pharmaceuticals in the broadest sense, where he was involved in monitoring legislative work, coordinating positions and contacting decision-makers. He gained professional experience, among others, in packaging recovery organisations and industry associations.
At the Lewiatan Confederation, he is responsible for regulations related to waste management and, in particular, issues related to packaging and packaging waste, the deposit system, and the closed-loop economy. He coordinates the work of the Closed Circuit Economy Council and the Extended Producer Responsibility Working Group.

Tomasz Kurpiewski
Senior Sustainability Manager, McDonald's Poland
Designed and implemented the waste segregation and closed-loop economy system at McDonald's Poland. He implemented and certified the ISO 14001 compliant environmental management system at McDonald's Poland and was a member of the National Ecological Council at the President of the Republic of Poland. He was also for many years in the McDonald's global team for the reduction of greenhouse gas emissions and in the team developing packaging recycling technologies. He is currently a board member of the Sustainable Agriculture and Food Association. He also serves as a board member of the Polish Sustainable Beef Platform.

A graduate in environmental protection, she has been professionally involved in the waste industry for over 10 years. She has gained her experience working for F.H.U. Bima Joanna Sałata, where she deals with waste management and environmental protection issues in the broadest sense. For the past two years, she has also held the position of environmental specialist at Eko Myjnia Operator, where she is co-responsible for the implementation of innovative solutions for the washing system for reusable packaging, helping to promote the idea of a closed loop economy. She specialises in maintaining environmental documentation, preparing companies for audits and fulfilling reporting obligations under environmental legislation. He also supports other companies in adapting their operations to current legal requirements, sharing his knowledge and experience in sustainable development and responsible environmental management.
Jacek Kus

Maciej Radzki

Both in my private and professional life, I am close to a balanced approach to the actions I take. I graduated from the Faculty of Management at Bialystok University of Technology and have been involved with Decathlon for over 12 years. I have been developing a nationwide network of sports equipment service centres for almost 3 years. On a daily basis, I combine the world of business with responsible use of resources - I develop a service that not only repairs equipment, but supports circular models and helps reduce carbon footprint. I believe that the future of sport is not only about technological innovation, but above all about a responsible approach to using and extending the life of products.
