The *add-on option includes entry to the Circular Evening (networking event) on the eve of the conference (2 June 2025) including food and accommodation. The purchase of the additional option is only possible with the Gold VIP and Silver ticket selection.

Circular evening

You are cordially invited to the Circular Evening preceding the Interzero 2025 Environmental Conference on 2 June. This is an informal get-to-know-you meeting, an opportunity to network and make new business contacts before the main event begins. The meeting will take place in the form of a garden party in the close vicinity of the Warszawianka Hotel and the Narew River.

The event has an additional charge and is only available with Gold VIP and Silver tickets.

Can I buy a ticket to the 2025 Environmental Conference?

Yes, if the ticket is available in the shop.

We offer 4 ticket options to choose from: GOLD VIP Package, SILVER Package, NORMAL Package and BASIC Package. A detailed range of packages can be found in the "Withcope of the ticket package".

This year we are also offering additional GOLD VIP and SILVER ticket variants With admission to the Circular Evening. For more information, see above.

How do I pay for my ticket?

You have a choice:

instant bank transfer, thanks to Przelewy24, which makes it possible to pay by a quick transfer from your bank or using BLIK
traditional transfer with proforma invoice
payment by credit card (Stripe)

I am a customer of Interzero. Can I get a ticket for free?

No. Tickets are payable.

What do I receive as part of my ticket?

For the exact scope of what a participant receives as part of their ticket purchase, please refer to the "Scope of the ticket package" table above and the regulations "Terms and conditions of participation".

Is the conference ticket sent by email or by post?

When will I receive my welcome pack?

You will receive your welcome pack on site on the first day of the conference.

How will I receive a VAT invoice?

An invoice will be generated once we have received payment. The document will be sent electronically to you in PDF format to the address indicated when ordering email. The VAT rate for conferences is 23%. For non-standard invoices (e.g. with a special title for EU projects, from funding from the Labour Office, for state-owned enterprises), please contact us at konferencja@interzero.pl on the day the order is placed.

What is the name of the service generated on the invoice?

The invoice states description 'Participation in Konference Śenvironmental' with numberem orders i namesą ticket. If you require an invoice according to an individual scheme, please write nand the address konferencja@interzero.pl.

When will I receive details of the 2025 Environmental Conference?

Can I change my participant details after purchasing a ticket?

Yes. If the registered participant is unable to attend the Conference due to fortuitous reasons, the Contracting Authority shall have the right to register another participant no later than 7 days prior to the Conference start date.
